Explore the breathtaking archaeological park of Hegra (Mada'in Salih), a UNESCO World Heritage site containing over 110 beautifully preserved tombs carved into desert mountains, including the majestic Qasr al-Farid. Continue your excursion to the historic capitals of Dadan and nearby Jabal Ikmah, an impressive desert canyon showcasing rock-carved inscriptions in multiple ancient languages. Meet your guide at the hotel in the morning and transfer to explore the magnificent nature reserve of Wadi Al Disah. Afterward, continue your journey north to cross the international border at the Durra Border Post into Jordan. Your guided walking exploration takes you past the Obelisk Tomb and deep through the dramatic, winding cliffs of the Siq. The narrow gorge opens up to reveal Petra’s most breathtaking monument, The Treasury (Al-Khazneh).
