Keep your login credentials confidential.

Accept full financial responsibility for all transactions made under your account name or credentials.

You may not reproduce or redistribute our proprietary trip planning assets without express written consent.
6. Bookings, Payments, and Package Pricing
-
Rate Changes: All rates are subject to change and availability until a deposit is paid and a booking confirmation is issued by the Third-Party Supplier.
-
Price Increases: Under federal law and New Jersey consumer protection guidelines, prices may increase even after a deposit is paid due to unexpected increases in government-imposed taxes, fees, or fuel surcharges. However, once full payment has been received, no further price increases will apply to your package, except as permitted by airline or supplier tariff rules.
-
Currency: All transactions are processed in USD.
7. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
-
Apollo Travel Fees: Cancelation or modification requests must be submitted to Apollo Travel Agency in writing. Apollo Travel Agency reserves the right to charge a structural service fee for cancellations or major changes, which will be disclosed to you at the time of booking.
-
Third-Party Supplier Policies: Each airline, hotel, cruise line, and tour operator enforces its own cancellation penalties and refund rules. Many promotional vacation packages and airline tickets are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable under supplier guidelines.
-
Refund Processing: Refunds will only be issued to the Client once Apollo Travel Agency has successfully recovered the funds from the respective Third-Party Supplier.
8. Travel Insurance Disclosure (New Jersey Travel Insurance Act Compliance)
In compliance with the New Jersey Travel Insurance Act, Apollo Travel Agency strongly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance to protect your investment from unforeseen financial losses (such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or baggage delays).
-
Apollo Travel Agency may offer or disseminate travel insurance options as a registered representative under a licensed Travel Insurance Producer.
-
Any travel insurance documentation, summaries of coverage, and premium breakdown will be provided explicitly before checkout. You are under no obligation to purchase insurance through our recommended providers to complete your booking package.
9. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements
-
Client Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of the Client to obtain and possess valid identification, passports (valid for at least 6 months post-travel date), visas, and health inoculations required by destination countries.
-
Denial of Entry: Apollo Travel Agency is not responsible if a traveler is denied boarding, entry into a country, or re-entry into the United States due to incomplete travel documentation.
10. Third-Party Suppliers and Component Liabilities
Apollo Travel Agency acts strictly as a sales agent for independent Third-Party Suppliers. We do not own, manage, control, or operate any aircraft, hotel, cruise ship, or tour vehicle.
-
All bookings are subject to the specific terms of service, baggage rules, liability waivers, and carriage conditions of the respective supplier.
-
Apollo Travel Agency is not liable for personal injury, property damage, delays, or financial loss caused by the acts, omissions, or bankruptcy of any third-party supplier.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services and packages are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Except as expressly provided herein, Apollo Travel Agency makes no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, regarding the operations or destination choices.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, Apollo Travel Agency’s liability for any claim arising out of a booking or use of our services shall not exceed the total amount of commissions or agency fees paid to us for that specific transaction. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Apollo Travel Agency from and against any claims, causes of action, demands, losses, or damages resulting from your breach of these Terms, violation of any foreign law, or misuse of travel components.

15. Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and all travel arrangements made through our agency, shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
16. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating formal legal action, the Client agrees to contact Apollo Travel Agency directly to attempt an amicable, informal resolution. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your travel booking must be brought exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in New Jersey.
